Your health and safety are always a top priority for us at SHINY HOMES. With the current concerns related to the spread of Covid-19, we want to take this opportunity to let you know that we are committed to doing our part to keep clients and our cleaning ladies healthy.
We continue to monitor the news updates and recommendations provided by the CDC and are keeping a close eye on information published by local and state health officials.
During this period of heightened concern, we have implemented additional preventative measures from our side, including wearing protective gear, like mask, gloves, and shoe covers (we change gloves for each customer’s residence). Also, no one in our team will work with flu-like symptoms. At the same time we ask you to let us know if anybody is sick in your family by the time your house is scheduled to clean, or we can always reschedule the cleaning until everybody at your home is healthy and free of symptoms. WE ALSO ASK YOU TO LIMIT THE CONTACT WITH OUR TEAM MEMBERS while they are cleaning BY STAYING AWAY, either by staying in a different floor, or staying in one room (if we only clean one level). WEARING MASK IF NEED TO TALK TO THEM IS APPRECIATED. Opening windows for the cleaning is optional.
